Spinach and Oyster Pie


4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups Spinach Casserole
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 pint shucked oysters

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt the butter and pour into 8x11- inch pan. In a separate bowl, combine the crumbs and cheese. Pour 3/4 of the crumb and cheese mixture into the butter, forming a shell in the bottom of the pan. Fill with Spinach Casserole and cover with oysters. Top with the rest of the crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes, then broil to brown (about 2 minutes). Makes 4 servings.
