Our experienced staff can prepare great meals to serve at your country backyard, luxury townhouse, industrial office, church annex, rock and roll music club or whatever your venue may be. With our outdoor grills and fryers, our great selection of side dishes, homemade breads and desserts and expert cooks, servers and bartenders you will be completely satisfied. Catering Requirements: Price is per person. We cater for a minimum of seventy persons. You may choose buffet style service on paper or china plates or full table service on china. There is a 10% gratuity for buffet service and 20% for table service. Chinaware charge is 20%. Austin sales tax is 8.25%. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the date with the balance due prior to the event. Guaranteed guest count and menu choice are required fourteen days before the event.
